What it is

Moneyboard shows you your numbers. The Benchmark Grid shows you where those numbers rank against brands like yours. Your AOV, your subscription attach rate, your conversion — each one placed on a percentile against a network of comparable food, health, and wellness brands, so a raw number becomes a verdict: ahead of the pack, or behind it. It’s built on anonymized, pooled data from across the Boost network — the kind of comparison no single-store app can offer, because only a platform sitting in thousands of CPG carts can see what “good” actually looks like for a brand like yours. The problem it solves

A revenue number on its own doesn’t tell you whether it’s good — and that missing context costs you the right next move:
  • A number with no comparison is just a number. Is a 38% subscription attach rate strong or weak? Without knowing where comparable brands land, you can’t tell — so you can’t tell whether to celebrate it or fix it.

How it works

Benchmark Grid sits on top of your Moneyboard data and adds the context — where you rank, and what to do about it. 1. Boost pools the network, anonymized. Performance metrics from across the Boost network are aggregated and anonymized — no store’s individual data is ever exposed. 2. Your metrics get ranked into percentiles. Boost places your AOV, attach rate, conversion, and more against comparable food, health, and wellness brands — so you see your percentile, not just your total. 3. You see where you’re ahead and behind. The grid shows your strong spots and your soft spots at a glance — “top 10% on AOV, bottom half on subscription attach.” 4. Every benchmark ties to a move. Each soft spot links back to the Boost feature that moves it — so a gap isn’t just an insight, it’s a next step.
